GN Tubular centrifuge sent to Middle East Biotechnology Company

As mentioned, the tubular centrifuge is one kind of centrifuges GN provides to the market. The working principle of the tubular centrifuge is also related to the centrifugal force.In case of a tubular centrifuge, the mixture is to be put in the tube and the tube is put to the centrifuge plate. By high speed rotating from 1000 to 15000RPM, the solids and liquids are separated to the two ends of the centrifuge tube. On the centrifuge cover, there are respectively one hole to be connected to each end of tube, for the liquid and solids discharge.

This time, for this client from Middle East, GN suggested a GNGQ142 model, which has following features:
1.It is designed to be used for microbial fermentation broth. And the tube’s material is stainless steel 316L.
2.The equipment is equipped with coils for cooling in order to have a stable working temperature.
3.The speed are controlled by a variable frequency control box made of stainless steel, too. It can both adjust and display the speed and also show the temperature.

What equipment GN will bring to this Exhibition?

1. Mini Decanter Centrifuge GNLW223. GN has been a decanter centrifuge manufacturer for more than 15 years. In GN factory, there is a workshop used especially for decanter centrifuges. In this workshop, GN has a five axis machining center and two sets of dynamic balancing machines, a middle speed one and a high speed one. For all the centrifuge rotating parts, like the propeller and the rotating bowl, will be tested by dynamic balancing machines separately and after assembled together.
GN manufactures various centrifuges models, and this centrifuge GNLW223 is the smallest model.

2. Vacuum pump GNSP-10. It is a compact vacuum pump model, also the smallest model among the 3 models GN makes. It is fully air driven powerful pump which can take even solids like sands and small stones. It can be used for wide applications such like mining, oily sludge, animal waste, small construction materials, and etc. The GNSP-10 and GNSP 20 are equipped with wheels for more flexible.

3. Screw press sludge dewatering machine. It is a practical and economic solution for sludge treatment to squeeze out the liquid from the solid waste.

A batch of GN Mini Decanter Centrifuges to be delivered to European Customer

Decanter centrifuges are widely used in various drilling industries for the separation of solids and liquid, including the oil and gas drilling, geothermal drilling, diamond drilling and pipe jacking. Based on different requested drilling capacities, there are different sizes of centrifuges for option. This time, for this European customer, GN provided a decanter centrifuge of 9 inch diameter bowl, which is the smallest model among GN Centrifuges.

1. GNLW223 Decanter centrifuge. It is also called a baby centrifuge among all GN centrifuge models. The length diameter ratio is 3, which is a typical value for drilling mud separation works. The largest RPM it can reach is 4500RPM, and it can efficiently remove all the particles from 2 to 5 microns.

2. Applications of GNLW223 decanter centrifuge. GNLW 223 decanter centrifuge is small but popular. It is widely used among GN clients in diamond drilling projects, geothermal well’s drilling, HDD projects and animal waste treatment. It is a compact model especially in North America and Europe.

3. Special design for this batch of GNLW223 decanter centrifuges. When the centrifuge is put into use, it should be put on a certain height in order to discharge the liquid and solids. That’s why there is always a skid, sometimes telescopic, under the decanter centrifuge. For this batch of decanter centrifuges, GN designed a small tank below the centrifuge, together with half height as the standing frame. The small tank could be a catch tank for holding the discharge liquid. While transportation the solids discharge chute can be folded between the tank and centrifuge. The tank is open top for easy observation and to clean. Near to the bottom, there is a port as drain port.
