High G Drying Shakers for Offshore Drilling

As is known to all, when the drilling cuttings are removed from the solids control system, from the shale shaker, they are still wet, which means, it still contains a great amount of drilling fluids. It helps a lot to make the cuttings as dry as possible for easy transportation, especially under case of offshore drilling.

GN High G drying shaker is specially designed for meeting this request and it is designed for the water based mud. It can generate a vibrating G-force up to 8.5G. In this high-G drying shaker system, GN applies a smart control system for easy operation, and this system includes also other necessary auxiliary equipment, like the mud tanks, centrifugal pump, mud agitator and etc.

For the oil based mud, GN has another equipment, the vertical cuttings dryer. Both the vertical cuttings dryer and high-G drying shaker can be made as a single section, flexible for transportation and application.
