To ensure long-term reliability, the shaker deck undergoes post-weld heat treatment to relieve welding stress and withstand continuous high-G operation. The mechanical ratchet screen tensioning system enables quick screen replacement, while nylon wedge blocks provide excellent resistance to heat, corrosion, and wear. Italian OLI vibration motors, polyurethane screen sealing, and stainless steel support components further enhance operational durability.
The shaker also features a pre-tensioned screen design, flexible bottom or side mud outlets, and mechanically adjustable deck angles, allowing convenient installation and adaptation to changing site conditions.
