GN Solids Control has recently supplied a 14,000BBL Fast-Moving Mud Station to a professional drilling fluid company, providing a flexible and efficient solution for large-scale drilling operations.

Designed in accordance with API-650, the mud station is engineered to meet the demanding requirements of drilling fluid storage and handling. Each mud tank is designed in a 40-ft high cube container configuration, with a capacity of 440BBL, making the system convenient for transportation, installation and relocation between different drilling sites.
A key feature of this mud station is its CSC container certification, which supports safe and efficient transportation while reducing the complexity of logistics. The containerized design allows the equipment to be quickly mobilized and deployed, making it particularly suitable for drilling projects where site conditions and equipment locations may change frequently.

To maximize the utilization of limited site space, the mud tanks are also designed for two-level stacking. This configuration significantly reduces the overall footprint while maintaining the required storage capacity, offering drilling fluid companies greater flexibility in site layout.
With its large storage capacity, containerized structure, certified transportation design and space-saving configuration, the GN Solids Control 14,000BBL Fast-Moving Mud Station provides a reliable solution for modern drilling fluid management and rapid deployment requirements.

GN Solids Control recently completed the manufacturing and delivery of a batch of double deck shale shakers for a deep well drilling project, providing reliable solids control equipment for drilling fluid processing.
As the first phase of a drilling fluids processing system, shale shaker plays a critical role in removing drilled cuttings from drilling mud and directly affects the overall performance of the solids control system. GN Solids Control can design and manufacture double shaker, triplicate shaker, and customized shaker systems on a single skid according to different project requirements, including matching manifolds and installation accessories.

The GNZS series linear motion shale shaker integrates advanced design concepts with GN’s own engineering experience. With features including high G-force, large screening area, compact structure, and cost-effective operation, GN shale shaker has been widely applied in oil & gas drilling projects worldwide.
The shaker deck is heat-treated to release welding stress and improve durability under high vibration forces. The pre-tensioned screen design allows quick installation and replacement, while the mechanical screen tightening system ensures reliable performance during operation. The adjustable deck angle and flexible mud outlet design provide convenient adaptation to different field conditions.

GN shale shakers are widely used for oilfield drilling, workover rigs, deep well drilling, and other drilling fluid solids control applications. With continuous improvements in design and manufacturing, GN Solids Control continues to provide efficient solids separation solutions for drilling projects around the world.
GN Solids Control has completed manufacturing, assembly and strict factory acceptance testing for a full‑set sludge dewatering solution destined for one of our valued European client. This integrated turnkey package includes the GNDL303 Screw Press and matching GNSJY3000 Chemical Dosing Unit, and is now fully packed and ready for ocean shipment to the customer’s wastewater treatment project site.
European environmental projects keep raising standards for energy‑saving performance, automatic operation and compact footprint for sludge treatment equipment. This complete system is custom‑engineered to satisfy local operational requirements, delivering continuous sludge conditioning, thickening and dewatering within one compact workflow.
At the core of the package sits the GNDL303 Sludge Dewatering Screw Press. Built with high‑grade stainless steel, it applies multi‑disc screw extrusion principle for stable solid‑liquid separation. As the internal screw rotates, sludge moves forward through variable‑volume chambers and receives gradual compression. Fixed and floating ring plates work together to drain filtrate while trapping fine solid particles effectively. Thanks to its self‑cleaning disc structure, the machine avoids frequent clogging, enabling long‑time uninterrupted running with low water consumption and minimal noise. It handles municipal sewage sludge and various industrial sludge, producing stable dry sludge cake for easier transportation and final disposal.
To guarantee consistent dewatering performance, the set is equipped with the GNSJY3000 Automatic Chemical Dosing Unit. This three‑chamber stainless‑steel system automatically completes dry‑polymer feeding, dissolving, ageing and metered dosing. It prepares flocculant solution accurately and feeds conditioned sludge into the screw press. Good flocculation formed by precise chemical dosage greatly improves dewatering efficiency and reduces overall polymer consumption, cutting the customer’s daily operational cost.
The whole line is PLC‑controlled for full‑auto running. Operators only need simple parameter setting, lowering labour demand on‑site. Compared with belt filter presses and traditional centrifuges, this screw press package features smaller footprint, lower power draw and less routine maintenance work, making it well‑suited for many European wastewater plants with limited installation space.
Before shipment, every unit went through running inspection, dimension checking and configuration verification. All supporting documents including operation manuals, spare‑part lists and test reports are prepared for the client.
We look forward to this equipment arriving safely and supporting our European partner to achieve efficient, compliant sludge management. GN will keep providing reliable separation solutions and full‑cycle after‑sales support for global environmental‑protection clients.
GN SOLIDS CONTROL is pleased to announce the successful delivery of a batch of drilling fluid shale shakers to a drilling company in Kuwait. As the first stage of solids control in a drilling fluids processing system, the shale shaker plays a critical role in removing drill cuttings and maintaining efficient drilling fluid performance.

GN offers both third-generation linear motion shale shakers and fourth-generation balanced elliptical shale shakers to meet different drilling requirements. The supplied GNZS linear motion shale shaker features high G-force, a large screening area, compact structure, and reliable performance, providing an efficient and cost-effective solution for oil and gas drilling operations.
To ensure long-term reliability, the shaker deck undergoes post-weld heat treatment to relieve welding stress and withstand continuous high-G operation. The mechanical ratchet screen tensioning system enables quick screen replacement, while nylon wedge blocks provide excellent resistance to heat, corrosion, and wear. Italian OLI vibration motors, polyurethane screen sealing, and stainless steel support components further enhance operational durability.

The shaker also features a pre-tensioned screen design, flexible bottom or side mud outlets, and mechanically adjustable deck angles, allowing convenient installation and adaptation to changing site conditions.
It is worth highlighting that GN SOLIDS CONTROL is a KOC-approved solids control equipment manufacturer for Kuwait Oil Company (KOC). This batch delivery further strengthens GN’s presence in the Kuwaiti drilling market and demonstrates its commitment to providing reliable solids control solutions for global oilfield customers.
