GN Solids Control has completed manufacturing, assembly and strict factory acceptance testing for a full‑set sludge dewatering solution destined for one of our valued European client. This integrated turnkey package includes the GNDL303 Screw Press and matching GNSJY3000 Chemical Dosing Unit, and is now fully packed and ready for ocean shipment to the customer’s wastewater treatment project site.
European environmental projects keep raising standards for energy‑saving performance, automatic operation and compact footprint for sludge treatment equipment. This complete system is custom‑engineered to satisfy local operational requirements, delivering continuous sludge conditioning, thickening and dewatering within one compact workflow.
At the core of the package sits the GNDL303 Sludge Dewatering Screw Press. Built with high‑grade stainless steel, it applies multi‑disc screw extrusion principle for stable solid‑liquid separation. As the internal screw rotates, sludge moves forward through variable‑volume chambers and receives gradual compression. Fixed and floating ring plates work together to drain filtrate while trapping fine solid particles effectively. Thanks to its self‑cleaning disc structure, the machine avoids frequent clogging, enabling long‑time uninterrupted running with low water consumption and minimal noise. It handles municipal sewage sludge and various industrial sludge, producing stable dry sludge cake for easier transportation and final disposal.
To guarantee consistent dewatering performance, the set is equipped with the GNSJY3000 Automatic Chemical Dosing Unit. This three‑chamber stainless‑steel system automatically completes dry‑polymer feeding, dissolving, ageing and metered dosing. It prepares flocculant solution accurately and feeds conditioned sludge into the screw press. Good flocculation formed by precise chemical dosage greatly improves dewatering efficiency and reduces overall polymer consumption, cutting the customer’s daily operational cost.
The whole line is PLC‑controlled for full‑auto running. Operators only need simple parameter setting, lowering labour demand on‑site. Compared with belt filter presses and traditional centrifuges, this screw press package features smaller footprint, lower power draw and less routine maintenance work, making it well‑suited for many European wastewater plants with limited installation space.
Before shipment, every unit went through running inspection, dimension checking and configuration verification. All supporting documents including operation manuals, spare‑part lists and test reports are prepared for the client.
We look forward to this equipment arriving safely and supporting our European partner to achieve efficient, compliant sludge management. GN will keep providing reliable separation solutions and full‑cycle after‑sales support for global environmental‑protection clients.
